Seven Luxury Boutiques to Be Opened near the Monte-Carlo Casino

The complete overhaul of the Café de Paris in Monaco allowed the architects to design a new place for luxury shopping. Seven new shops will be located near the Place du Casino in Monte-Carlo.

Along the Allée François-Blanc in Monaco, the complete overhaul of the Café de Paris building has enabled the architects to create a new shopping area, and seven new shops will appear adjacent to the Place du Casino. An environment highly coveted by international luxury brands: watches, shoes, and ready-to-wear. The LVMH group, a shareholder of SBM, has reserved two locations for its premium brands: the watchmaker Tag Heuer and the historic jeweler Tiffany.

These two brands reflect the spirit of the brands occupying this new space along the aisle. The Zegg & Cerlati boutique, a historical tenant of the Café de Paris, will expand to present its luxury watches and jewellery.  And will be next to Arije, a multi-brand fine watchmaker, which will also set up in Monte-Carlo after Paris and London.

Technically, the SBM must give the keys to the spaces to future tenants in July so they can start the development work. And the first shops should open during November.
